The Society of Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) has recognized our very own Operations Manager, Shanti Cartmell, for 10 years of maintaining her designation. The CIC program is nationally recognized as the premier continuing education program for insurance professionals and Shanti’s impressive maintenance of this designation denotes a significant commitment to advanced knowledge and customer service.
Obtaining a CIC designation requires 100 hours of classroom education and passing scores on five comprehensive exams. There are only 31,500 individuals that hold the CIC designation in the country and Glenwood Insurance Agency is proud to have six of our staff members included in that figure. Shanti has had to participate in continuing education for 10 years to maintain her designation and we are truly honored to have such an experienced and educated member of our staff be recognized for her hard work and professionalism.
