Job Description
Salary Range: $75,000 – $150,000+ with Uncapped Commission Earnings
Location: Remote in the Denver Market
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect, qualify, and close new commercial accounts.
- Perform needs assessments during qualifying interviews with prospects.
- Present solutions and close deals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Identify resources to improve clients’ insurance and risk management programs.
- Assist with managing current client relationships and renewals to ensure retention.
What You Need:
- 3+ years of sales experience; property and casualty insurance sales a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales expectations.
- Align actions with goals, demonstrate urgency, and set priorities.
- Build strong relationships and share useful information with the team.
- Property and Casualty License preferred; must obtain licensure within 60 days of hire.
- Strong desire for personal and professional development.
